In the early 1980s I spent 4 years with my partner, travelling overland around the world on a motorbike.  One of the most important lessons I learned from that time was the significance of self-belief, and the power of the mind.

Since returning to the UK in 1988, I have continued to lead an interesting and unconventional life.  I moved to the Black Mountains in Monmouthshire, SE Wales, where home was a 2 bedroom cottage with no electricity.  I spent several years working as a ceramic artist, drawing on the influences of African and Indian vernacular pottery.  For 8 years I was hill farming in the Black Mountains, and I am also a keen photographer, specialising in candid portraiture and macro photography.

Over the last 20 years I have, through continued reading and research, learned more about the power of thought, and that anything is achievable given the right frame of mind.  This has led me to coaching.  My desire to help you shape your life and business by raising awareness of the impact that thoughts and intentions can have on our lives is a driving force.  Ultimately, through thought we are responsible for creating the lives that we lead.
