Managing Stress through Dynamic Relaxation
Participants are guided through a short but powerful exercise of very deep relaxation and visualisation to help each person define their goals and aims more clearly.   I call this Dynamic Relaxation.  Classes can be run in groups of varying sizes – due to their nature they are totally private.  As well as clarifying thought, this short exercise is also a valuable stress management technique.
